Replacement kit for Inertia/Swing

All current production operator now use a new leather cup assembly which in interchangeable with most earlier diagrams. This assembly consists of: "see attended diagram for description of each parts".

When replacing a cylinder piston assembly, remove the old assembly completely. Care should be taken so as not to damage the piston rod while removing the nut. Assemble the components as shown in the diagram below.
Saturate the fell washer and lubricate the leather cup with a light #10 oil when assembly the cylinder. Occasionally, during use, add a few drops of oil to the cylinder.
Since the new piston assembly has much less static friction in the cylinder bore, it may be necessary to readjust the check valve and the spring setting.
